KEVIN DAS |  DIRECTOR

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry. He is a co-founder and Director of the ARD Group and is responsible for the fund’s investment strategy, implementation of capital allocation and running of the day to day business activities.

Before establishing the ARD Group, Kevin worked in a variety of mining jurisdictions as a senior geologist and has undertaken various technical and corporate roles including business development, project management and company management.

His passion for geology and economic development led him to establish ARD group in February 2016 with the goal of establishing a multi-discipline fund that would effectively allocate capital into the natural resources sector and eventually acquire and develop mining assets.

IAIN VAN DER POST |  COMPANY SECRETARY

Iain van der Post is the Company Secretary within ARD Group.

Iain joined ARD Group during the firm’s inception and was integral to the development of ARD Group as a resource focused, acquisitions group throughout its formative years. Iain draws on his investment analysis, financial structuring and corporate governance skillset to contribute to ARD Group’s investment strategy, business operations and corporate implementation strategy via working directly with the firms Board.

Iain’s passion for growth and opportunity through finance drives his efforts within ARD Group.

While studying, Iain gained experience as a junior analyst for boutique investment bank PAMRIA Asset Management in Shanghai. Iain holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

CLAUDIA ROHDE | GEOLOGIST

Claudia is a senior geologist with over 30 years of experience from junior to major mining and exploration companies throughout a variety of jurisdictions and commodities. 

Throughout her career, she has conducted various technical roles within the mining and exploration sectors inclusive of exploration management, technical due diligence, technical reporting, tenement management and research and analysis of exploration projects.

Claudia is passionate about geology and plays a technical role in ARD Group, contributing her knowledge in the area of technical research and analysis and technical due diligence.

GOVERNANCE

 ARD Group’s board and management is responsible for the effectual organisation and implementation of the Company’s corporate governance policies and procedures, based on control systems and accountability.

The Company’s board considers it an essential responsibility to oversee the the Company’s activities for the benefit of its employees and stakeholders to uphold standard of behaviour that benefit the environment and the community.
